Elbows - 45° & 90°
Our elbows are die-stamped, fully stitch-welded on the heel and throat for an airtight seal. They are made from 22 gauge galvanized material. The center line radius is one and a half times the diameter of the elbow. All elbows have a 2" collar which will fit into the spiral pipe or flexhose. Collars measure slightly less than the even inch outside diameter. Our gored elbows are fabricated from segments which are welded together. Reducers
Standard Reducers - These collars measure slightly less than the even inch outside. They are approximately 5" in length and are recommended when space or cost is a consideration. They are heavy duty and commonly used, however they may cause a resistance on a line.

Blast Gates
Sizes run from 3" to 24" and are constructed of aluminum castings with a galvanized steel slide and can be disassembled for cleaning. These blast gates are utilized to balance the air from one branch to another. When a machine is used intermittently you may close the blast gate and divert the air to another machine in use.

Saddle Taps
Commonly used when adding a line to existing pipe. The forty-five degree TEE can be added by cutting a hole and pop riveting the saddle over the opening you created. The size above is for the branch diameter. For example: If you desire a 5" branch on a 10" main trunk you would order as follows: ST-5 x 10. All saddles are small end spiral diameter, the same as our standard laterals and all elbows.
